Lift Pass Collection Procedures

France

In France the procedure varies depending on which resort you are staying in :

Delivered in resort

In most the following resorts we will deliver your passes to your accommodation in resort before the morning of the start date of your pass. In the resorts marked * your lift passes will be available for collection from our reps at a central location in resort marked on your voucher.

Collect from lift pass office in resort

In any French resort not listed above your lift passes will be waiting for you at the lift pass office in resort and will be exchanged for your voucher.

Andorra

In Andorra your lift passes will be available for collection at the lift pass office in resort on presentation of your voucher.

Austria

For all resorts in Austria your lift passes will be available for collection at the lift pass office in resort on presentation of your voucher.

Bulgaria

In both Bansko and Borovets we will offer a rep service - our reps will meet you on arrival and organise your lift passes and other extras.

Canada

For all resorts in Canada your lift passes will be delivered in resort and waiting for you at the reception of your hotel.

Italy

For all resorts in Austria your lift passes will be available for collection at the lift pass office in resort on presentation of your voucher.
